Whether you rolled into 2020 with a flowing ease or more stress and anxiety than any person should have to manage, setting Intentions for your new year is one of the best steps you can take to light your pathway toward the exciting visions you have for your future.

An amazing new community is forming at Round Rock Wellness and we would love for you to join this free introductory class on Sunday, February 23 at 10:00am to learn more about the vast benefits of a Meditation practice.

We will use this free first class as an Introduction to Meditation preparation with an exciting Intention Setting exercise for 2020. Subsequent fee-based classes will be offered with wisdom, tools and techniques to reduce stress, enliven your energy and live each day with greater grace and peace. 

Who Should Attend? 

Participants seeking ways to foster more love, joy and deep fulfillment in their lives. If you’re seeking a chance to take a breath, lower blood pressure, reduce your fatigue, improve your cognitive thinking, increase your ability to be present and find pure energy to support daily life, this is the class for you.

What Should You Bring? 

Yourself, your journal and a writing instrument (this a great opportunity to also begin a journal practice). Water in a reusable bottle. Start thinking about your 2020 Intentions!

What Will You Experience? 

Comfortable seating will be provided in an intimate setting where we will begin a dialog about accessing our hearts and breath in order to build a connection between ourselves and manifesting our deepest desires.

Donna Stina grew up in Upstate New York where her parents originally migrated from Calabria, Italy. Post graduation from a private college, she began her professional career working in marketing for a large film manufacturer. She later joined a telecommunications company and continued to evolve her skills in technology. In 2006 Dell Technologies relocated Donna to Austin, TX to work in marketing and she now works as a Transformation Program Manager driving strategy and automation projects. She holds a BA in Marketing Management and a Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute. 

Donna’s consistent passions have been health/wellness and dogs. In Rochester Donna taught weight training and step aerobics classes. She loves hiking in national parks, road trips, active vacations and experiencing nature. Currently, she spends her time with Indigo, her 18 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback in training for his scent detection title. 

In 2010 Donna was searching for more in her life and went to a Perfect Health program at the Deepak Chopra Center in San Diego. Once she discovered Ayurveda, she was forever changed with the knowledge of her Dosha – Mind/Body/Spirit orientation in the world. She continued to explore a deep understanding of herself, her path in life and place in the Universe. After attending several more programs, she received her Perfect Health Teaching Certification (2013) and later pursued a Masters of Wisdom Meditation Teacher Certification with DavidJi, an internationally known author, stress management expert and Meditation Teacher. Through Perfect Health, Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation, she has worked to transform her life and strives to share these tools and techniques with others to promote healing and optimal health.

Donna’s ultimate aspiration is to raise her vibration and support communities striving to reduce suffering and live as their most brilliant, most creative expression of themselves. She teaches group and private Meditation and Wellness classes locally.
